A Rebuttal to the Left's Main Message
I'm sure you've all heard somebody on the Left say "You can never stop terrorism, so don't even try," or "You can never stop piracy, so don't even try," or "You can never stop abortions, so keep it legalized," (not saying abortion is good or bad, but this is a stupid reason to defend keeping abortions legal) or "You can never stop drug use, so don't even try." Is it just me, or is this the attitude of quitters? They might be right that these things won't ever cease to exist, but does that mean that we should give up? According to the liberal, yes, that's exactly what we should do, but I feel that's one of the worst reasons in existence to surrender to something. After all, there are many other crimes that will never end, such as murder, rape, robbery, etc., yet nobody in their right mind thinks we should just allow it to happen or to submit to the interests of the murderer, rapist, and robber just because it's a battle that will never end. Does that mean that the Left is not in their right mind? Perhaps. Maybe this is why they're quickly losing support because nobody likes a quitter because quitters are losers.
